Shipping Policy

Here at Centreline Equestrian we will endeavor to ensure every experience is a positive one!

With that we have made our Shipping Policy simple and easy! 

We offer our customers flat Shipping for either standard or express shipping parcels. Depending on the weight of your order, your flat rate fee will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.

We  do also offer free local, next day delivery in Brisbane, Qld. If you live in the listed suburbs below, please make sure to check the free Brisbane delivery box when going through the checkout. 

List of suburbs eligible for free local Brisbane delivery:

Bellbowrie, Moggill, Anstead, Mount Crosby, Karana Downs, Karalee, Pullenvale, Brookfield, Kenmore, Kenmore Hills, Chapel Hill, Fig Tree Pocket, Indooroopilly, Jindalee,  Brisbane CBD. 

We however take no responsibility for the loss or damage of orders that are sent via Local delivery. We endeavour to ensure that all our orders are left in a place that is dry and out of direct site. All our customers will receive a courtesy message to advise where there order has been left.
